Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the RR Art app.
Effective date: 28 October 2026
Raj Rajeshwari Art ("we") provides the RR Art app to its own staff for managing sale orders, purchase orders, designs and suppliers. Only authorised staff can use it. Accounts are created by our administrator, and there is no public sign-up.
Information the app handles
- Staff accounts: name, email address, role, and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, never readable.
- Business records staff enter: orders, purchase orders, customer and supplier names, phone numbers and addresses, design details and notes.
- Photos: pictures staff take with the camera or choose from the phone's gallery, such as designs and delivery challans. The app uses the camera or photos only when a staff member chooses to add a photo.
- Notification token: used to send order notifications to the staff member's phone through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Server logs: basic technical records, such as the time of a request and the IP address, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to run the app for our business: signing in, keeping records, sending notifications, and sending password-reset emails.
Sharing
We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with advertisers. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the app: our server host (Hostinger), Google Firebase (notifications) and Google Gmail (password-reset emails).
Security and storage
Data is stored on our own server. Access depends on each staff member's role, passwords are hashed, and the data is backed up regularly.
Keeping and deleting data
Business records are kept for as long as the business needs them. When a staff member leaves, their account is deactivated. Staff can ask for their account to be deleted — see how to request account deletion.
Children
The app is for business staff only and is not meant for children.
