Delete your RR Art account

This page is for staff who use the Raj Rajeshwari Art app (RR Art) by Raj Rajeshwari Art on Google Play. Accounts are created by the business's administrator, and you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to rajrajeshwariart@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my RR Art account".
Include your full name and the email address you use to sign in to the app. Sending it from that email address helps us confirm the request is yours.
We confirm the request by email and delete your account within 30 days. You will be signed out of the app on every device.

You can also ask the business's administrator in person; they will handle it the same way.

What is deleted

Your sign-in email address and password
Your name and phone number
Your notification token and any signed-in sessions

What is kept, and for how long

Business records you created or edited — sale orders, purchase orders, designs, customer and supplier records, notes and photos — belong to Raj Rajeshwari Art and are kept as the business's records. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name or email.
Server backups that still contain your account details are removed automatically within 30 days of your account's deletion.
